Cold Weather
How can I get used to the cold?
I've lived in places that snow and very cold for most of my life. I'm fine in about 35 degrees time with just a hooded sweatshirt "", but any layer of clothing underneath. I would be able to get my body used to this climate, can go in a cooler climate, without a lot of jackets. Any advice?
* Feeling * cold (or hot) is an attitude, nothing more. If you can convince that 20 above zero is not cold, you can convince yourself you are not cold as someone who thinks his breaking point is 50 is going to feel cold at 50. However, keep in mind that your body is still going to get as cold as the other person. You can not keep hypothermia better than anyone.
