2003 base pt cruiser has no automatic power locking. How much would it be to get it installed?

The PT Cruiser comes standard with air conditioning, power windows, rear defroster and wiper, six-speaker AM/FM/CD and 15-inch wheels. An optional Power Convenience Group (570) adds remote key less entry, automatic power central locking, and dual power heated foldaway mirrors. Being that I am not the original owner, I never had that option. How much would it be to add it now?

If you don’t currently have power locks, it will be expensive to have the factory power lock system installed, and more to have the remote system installed. I suggest if you already have power locks, and want the remote feature added, go to a good alarm installer and have a good alarm system installed. Code Alarm, DEI, Viper are good and reasonably priced. You will get and alarm and the remote lock/unlock feature you want for less than a factory retrofit for remote lock/unlock.
