I’ve been looking for my dream car for forever, and I think I’ve finally found it. It is a 2005 Honda Accord EX-L (leather interior), sunroof, 49k miles, black, perfect condition. They are asking $13,000, but I think I could get them to go down a little. What is a reasonable amount to offer for this vehicle? Is this a good deal?
