What is the easiest way Restaino a variety of medium brown wood trim and the door to a darker black-brown tone?

My house has lots of medium brown wood at all, what I want to darken. I remove the doors, but it might be easier of Restaino the seat in place. As surface preparation will I have to do to remove the existing seals and stains, and Can anyone recommend a good product for the new spot? Thank you!

If the wood has a sealer and / or varnish on top will have to sand lightly first, then add the patch (make sure that is taking the spot first … Otherwise you have to really sand the wood to eventually take the spot). After the stain, add sealant wood and varnish. Check a paint store to make sure that the sealers and varnishes go together – there is no difference if you use oil (preferably) or database water. Here is a link to information about stain cabinets – similar process. One thing to note if left to cut, always keep checking for leaks.
