Can top-load washing machines front loader use the same laundry detergent?
When in Toronto, the shop assistant seemed funny when I asked for the top loading detergent. But here in the Middle East are detergents formulated separately by the same companies large TIDE OMO, etc.
Joan H is correct, my husband is in the Army and live on base, before we had the means to buy a washer / dryer was used HE front-loading washers in the barracks .. I used a sample pack of Tide on a regular ol washers and off. Locked in clothes, even. : .. D Long story short use HE laundry soap.
